Andrea Ruoff-Appel is a well-known watercolorist. Her work has appeared in many prominent collections nationally, including those of General Motors, AT&T, Citibank, and Paine Webber. Andrea Ruoff-Appel is cited in Who's Who in the East, and was included in the Women's "First Juried Traveling Show to Egypt and Israel." Andrea holds a Bachelor's from Pratt Institute and a Master's from Hunter College. She founded Andrea Ruoff Art Associates, Ltd., (originally Gallery of Contemporary Art) in 1979 in order to represent artists to corporate and private collections. The business prospered and the company began publishing several highly successful artists, including Edward Sokol, Charles Fazzino, James Flora, and Billy Arvidson. These artists, especially Charles Fazzino, have become extremly successful. The company represents and exclusively publishes Fazzino's work to galleries on a broad basis. And thats the matter why the book was published.
