At first glance, the book in front of you looks like one of those books we read before dedtime. We ve put the day worries behind us, or put them off for tomorrow, our kids are in bed, our partner is just about to fall asleep, and we decide to do some pleasant, easy reading. I am sorry to disappoint you. While the title does suggest a fairytale, the reality is far from it. The stories presented in this book are also far from the stuff of fairy tales. The are stories written by an unkind fate.
